The atomizer (1) comprises a mixer chamber (2), with fluid intakes (3a,3b), and mixture outlets (4). The outlets are positioned in a coaxial extension of the fluid intakes and the intakes are formed as channels, dimensioned and arranged to generate defined fine surface disturbance fluid jets directed to the mixture outlets. The channels have a length/diameter ratio of at least 2, pref. more than. All channels open into a common mixture chamber.
