Suspension device for building constructions

The suspension device comprises a carrying cable (3) and hangers (4) attached to it be means of collars (13). The collars are mounted on a surrounding casing structure (10,12) containing the strands. This casing has a sufficient compression resistance to take up the tangential force components which the collars exert on the cable and not to transfer any clamping force to the strands.
