Plant which consists of a desalinator of cylindrical configuration which does not have moving parts inside it and which has a plurality of trays around it which have a certain inclination and remain in a cold state just like the walls and dome of the desalinator, being provided with V-shaped channels, there being formed, in the desalinator, a cooling chamber located in the outer part and having a drying machine provided with a plurality of drums which rotate concentrically over one another, and a concentric conduit via which gas from the boiler circulates, the salt being extracted by means of a worm and the gases being evacuated to the atmosphere by means of a chimney. <IMAGE>
