LASER SCREEN FOR CATHODE RAY TUBE AND FABRICATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A laser screen for cathode ray tube and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent an irregular reflection by changing a kind of material of an adhesive layer inserted between a cavity and a thermal reflective layer. CONSTITUTION: A laser screen(20) comprises a cavity(21) and a thermal emission layer(22). A semiconductor layer(23) is formed on the cavity(21) in order to generate a laser beam. The semiconductor layer(23) is formed with a single crystal compound of group II-IV such as CdS, ZnSSe, ZnCds, and ZnCdSe. The first reflective layer(24a) and the second reflective layer(24b) are deposited on an upper face and a lower face of the semiconductor layer(23). The first and the second reflective layers(24a,24b) amplify the laser beam. An adhesive layer(25) is inserted between the cavity(21) and the thermal emission layer(22).
