PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic booster capable of further effectively shortening the whole length. SOLUTION: A cylindrical valve seat member 12 is fixed in a liquid-tight state into a stepped axial hole of a power piston 11. A valve element 13 with a conical valve 13a separable from a first valve seat 12a of the valve seat member 12 is slidably disposed in an axial hole 11c of the power piston 11. A cylindrical member 15 provided at its tip with a second valve seat 15a that can abut on the conical valve 13a is fitted and fixed to the front end of an input shaft 16. A flange-like stopper part 15b is further formed at the cylindrical part 15. The stopper part 15b can abut on a retainer 18 axially fixed, being pressed to a step part 11d of the power piston 11 by a cylindrical fixing member 19. The stopper part 15b abuts on the retainer 18 to specify each retreat limit of the cylindrical member 15 and input shaft 16 to the power piston 11. |
