PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the sticking quantity of a material stuck onto the inner peripheral surface of a vessel. SOLUTION: The mixer granulator is constituted of a vessel 1 housing powder, an impeller 2 for swirling and fluidizing the powder by rotating at the bottom of the vessel 1 and a chopping blade 3 locally shearing the swirling fluid by rotating in the swirling fluid of the powder. In the mixer granulator, a scraper 4 closed to or in contact with the inner peripheral surface is provided in the vessel 1 and the scraper 4 and the chopping blade 3 are revolved along the inner peripheral surface 1b of the vessel.
