INTAGLIO PLATE FOR PRINTING AND OFFSET-PRINTING METHOD AND IMAGE FORMING DEVICE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately print by a method wherein the problem of uneven abrasion of the blade edge face in an intaglio-plate printing pattern in a doctoring process is resolved to prevent the generation of linear leftover of ink on the plate due to insufficient contact of the blade. SOLUTION: The depth of an intaglio plate pattern 1 is at least 5μm, and linear grooves 2, 3 having the depth of 0.5-2μm is worked on the outside part of the recessed pattern. By this process an offset printing method having a doctoring angle of less than 90 deg. to the direction of grooves on the intaglio plate for printing and an image-forming device equipped with the intaglio plate for forming an element electrode can be obtained.
