PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat cushion full floating device for an automobile structured such that a seat cushion can be adjusted to provide a passenger seated on a rear seat cushion with a good riding comfort. SOLUTION: This seat cushion full floating device for an automobile is structured such that a passenger seated on a seat cushion can adjust the inclination of the seat cushion according to his/her height. This device comprises a fixed frame 100 fixed to a floor panel 10 of a vehicle body, a swing frame 200, and a swing means 300. The swing frame 200, on which a seat cushion 20 is set, is connected with an end portion of a supporting bracket 100 free to swing by a rotating axis 120. The swing means 300 swings about the rotating axis 120 of a rear end portion of the swing frame 200 to adjust the inclination of the seat cushion 20 set on the swing frame 200.
