PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member having excellent corrosion resistance and antistatic functions wherein the surface of metallic base thereof is coated with a PAS. SOLUTION: A corrosion-resistant member is provided with the metallic base having a resin-coated layer A composed of the PAS on the surface, wherein an antistatic resin layer B containing at least one selected from the group consisting of a conductive filler and a semiconductive filler is provided on all or a part of the surface of the resin-coated layer A.
