PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smooth bending work when manufacturing hairpin type heat transfer pipes of an air conditioner by restraining rewind of an LWC material to a bobbin without largely changing existing equipment when returning the LWC material in a hairpin bender for sending out the LWC material(level wound coil material) wound on the bobbin toward a bending mechanism by a sending mechanism and returning the LWC material once by a return mechanism after being cut in a prescribed dimension by a cutting mechanism. SOLUTION: A rewind preventive unit 50 is provided for preventing the rewind to the bobbin b by applying pressing force to the delivery directional side to the LWC material P so as to absorb looseness generated according to a return by the return mechanism 5 in the LWC material P.
