<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the device from being left forgetfully ON by preventing the keyboard cover from falling down and turning on or off the power source according to the opening or closure of the keyboard cover. CONSTITUTION:When the keyboard cover 1 is opened, a stopper 3 is pressed halfway. The movement of the stopper 3 moves down an arm 13 through a pin 12 fitted in a long hole 8 formed therein and an operation shaft 11 moves down, so a power supply push-button switch 9 is closed. While the cover is opened, the keyboard cover 2 engages a 2nd surface 7 of the stopper 3 and is locked in the open state. To close the keyboard cover 1, the stopper 3 moves down through the arm 13 and pin 12 with a push button 10 pressed, and the locking operation by the stopper 3 is reset, so the keyboard cover 1 can be closed. And the push-button switch 9 is opened by the downward movement of the operation shaft 11.</p> |
