PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrust dynamic pressure bearing in which bubbles in lubricating oil will not affect a thrust dynamic pressure generating part. SOLUTION: In this sealed type dynamic pressure bearing, a shaft member 1 comprising a shaft body 2 and a flange 3 provided on one end of the shaft body, and a housing 4 to store the flange 3 of the shaft member 1 in a sealed condition are provided, lubricating oil 5 is filled between a rotary body 1 and the housing 4, and dynamic pressure generating grooves 6 and 7 are provided in an end surface of the flange 3 or a bearing surface of the housing 4 facing the end surface to form thrust dynamic pressure generating parts T1 and T2. In a circumferential surface of the flange 3, a circumferential groove 10 having a center O2 eccentric from an axial center O1 of the shaft member 1 is provided.
