PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a combination faucet without removing crank pipes for cold and hot water installed on a wall surface of a bathroom or kitchen when the interval between the pipes is different from the interval between a cold water introducing port and a hot water introducing port in the mixing faucet to be newly installed. SOLUTION: In this adapter for a combination faucet, an inlet 9 to be connected to a bag nut 3 of a crank pipe 1 or 2 for cold or hot water installed on the wall surface A is formed on the back surface side, and an outlet 11 to be connected to a cold water introducing port 6 or a hot water introducing port 7 in the combination faucet 4 is formed in such a way that their axial centers are eccentric in a crank form. It is provided between the water crank pipe 1 and the cold water introducing port 6 in the combination faucet 4 and between the hot water crank pipe 2 and the hot water introducing port 7 in the combination faucet 4.
