PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner seal by which the leakage of toner is prevented without causing the deterioration of quality while suppressing the specification addition and change of a production line conventionally working to a minimum and which is surely and smoothly opened while maintaining a sufficient sealability. SOLUTION: In the toner seal 13 with which the discharge port to discharge the toner of a toner frame body (a toner storing part) 11 storing the toner is hermetically sealed by sealing with the toner seal 13 longer than the longitudinal size of the discharge port of a toner container having the toner frame body 11 and the discharge port of the toner frame body 11 and that is unsealed by folding over and pulling out the toner seal 13 and tearing the toner seal 13 along the discharge port, line-like notches (partial cutting parts) M are applied inside from the end part of the tearing width of the toner seal 13 in the vicinity of a first cut-out part at the time of unsealing the toner seal 13 (by taking a direction orthogonal with the unsealing direction of the toner seal 13 as a width direction).
