PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business system in which a convenient optical reader that can collect a plurality of pieces of information and corresponds to an individual piece of information and a mark card to be used in the business system. SOLUTION: In a data processing system in which information described on the mark card is read to be processed or stored in such a manner that the mark card is inserted into the optical reader and the processed or stored data are displayed, a plurality of mark cards corresponding to a plurality of pieces of business are prepared, or items corresponding to a plurality of pieces of business is described on one mark card. When the mark card is inserted into the optical reader, the optical reader performs business processing in the optical reader while corresponding to business to which the mark card belongs in each mark card. |
