<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a solder paste from being deformed by a method wherein a first lifting means is provided to vertically move a print substrate held by a substrate support with respect to a mask plate and the first lifting means is controlled so that a separation speed immediately after the start of separation is made higher than a separation speed that follows. SOLUTION: The turning force of a first Z motor 32 fixed to the underside of a plate 23a is transmitted to a first feed screw 25 through a gear train 33. Thus if the motor 32 is driven, the screw 25 and a second feed screw 26 can be rotated through the gear train 33, a timing pulley 27, a timing belt 29, and a timing pulley 28. Consequently, a first lifting plate 31 is moved in a direction as indicated by arrow N1. A speed pattern has a trapezoidal pattern wherein an initial action pattern P1 begins at a separation steed V=0 and has an intermediate value V=V1 until time t1-t2 and V=0 at time t3.</p> |
