The invention relates to the branch of treatment of metals by pressure, in particular, treatment by superficial plastic deformation and can be used in metal-working industry. A method of strengthening-finishing treatment of details includes non abrasive ultrasonic treatment of superficial layer of detail. The treated surface is saturated by geo-modifier of friction on the base of serpentine by preliminary rubbing in superficial layer and further ultrasonic treatment. The degree of strengthening of superficial layer and improvement of cleanness of surface are increased.
