PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and simple immersion device at a low cost and a rice cooking system using it, which can efficiently perform the operation and the continuous one. SOLUTION: In an immersion tank 31, an object 25a to be immersed is received from an upper end opening 31a for immersing, and an immersed/processed object 25b is discharged from a lower end discharging port 31b by a discharging means 33. A feeding means H of object to be immersed supplies the object 25a to be immersed from an upper side in a generally center area of the opening 31a to the immersion tank 31. A water supplying means J disperses and supplies water 32 to a bottom part 31c of the immersion tank 31 by a fixed quantity, and the water 32 in the immersion tank 31 overflows from the opening 31a by a fixed quantity.
