<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make firefighting activities efficient by internally coupling a small- diameter inner pipe as well as a piston cylinder having a handle pipe to a cylinder having a nonreturn valve at a filling port at the base end thereof, and enabling a liquid to be discharged at the time of not only pulling the piston cylinder toward a base, but also moving the piston cylinder a toward end. SOLUTION: When a handle pipe 19 is moved to a forward end, the internal pressure of a cylinder chamber 20 becomes negative. and liquid is delivered to the cylinder chamber 20 via a connection hose H. Thereafter, when the handle pipe 19 is pulled toward an operator, the cylinder chamber 20 is pressurized, and a ball 5 closes a filling port 4a. At the same time, the liquid contained in the cylinder chamber 20 flows into an inner pipe 10 and is discharged from a nozzle 24. In this case, the internal pressure of a spare chamber 21 becomes negative, and a part of the liquid is drawn from a communication hole 18 to the spare chamber 21. Subsequently, when the handle pipe 19 is moved toward a forward end, the internal pressure of the cylinder chamber 20 becomes negative and the liquid is delivered from the filling port 4a. In addition, the liquid in the spare chamber 21 is forced out into the inner pipe 10 and discharged from the nozzle 24.</p> |
