<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finish a running frame process in a limited time period and to fetch a frame input during the execution of the frame process in an image processor without losing the frame. <P>SOLUTION: This image processor comprises a frame accumulation means 2 capable of accumulating a plurality of frames, a frame communication means 1 for allowing the frame accumulation means 2 to accumulate the plurality of frames received from the external section, a delay means 3 for delaying an interrupt signal, a central processing means 4 for outputting an operating command for interrupting to insert the requested frame based on the received delayed interrupt signal, and a frame process execution means 5 for executing the frame process based on the operating command and removing the frame corresponding to the executed frame process from the frame accumulation means 2. The frame communication means 1 outputs the interrupt signal requesting the interrupt process of all or a part of the frame when the amount of data of the accumulated frames reaches a predetermined accumulated volume.
