PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the connecting work of a grounding line, furthermore to make a distribution board compact, and to facilitate the maintenance and inspection works, by including at least one terminal without a screw at a grounding relay terminal, and providing a plurality of terminals which are electrically connected to each other. SOLUTION: A grounding relay terminal 41, which connects the grounding line accommodated in a distribution board together with the electric wire for connection to each branching breaker, is attached to the terminal attaching panel of the distribution board. A plurality of grounding-line inserting holes 43 opened toward the front side and button holes 44 are provided at an insulating cover 42 in the grounding relay terminal 41. Furthermore, a terminal containing part for communicating each grounding-line inserting hole 43 and each button hole 44 is formed at the inner side of insulating cover 42. At the rear surface of the insulating cover 42, a conductive terminal board is coupled. Then, at each terminal containing part of the insulating cover 42, a linking terminal 50 as the terminal without a screw for connecting the grounding line inserted into the grounding-line inserting hole 43 is arranged, respectively.
