PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active user supporting method which performs various supports in accordance with the state of a user even without a support hoping input by the user. SOLUTION: For instance, an insurance information service system which applies this method consists of user state detecting data 122 which associates the user's state of a user with an operation pattern which appears at the time of the user's state, support feature selecting data 124 which associates the user's state with a user support feature name activated at the time of the user's state and one or more user support features 126 to 132. In such cases, whenever an input is received from a user, the content of the input is stored as operation log data 120, collation between operation pattern data of the data 122 and the data 120 is performed, when operation pattern data that coincides exists, the data 124 is retrieved with the corresponding user's state data as a key, a corresponding support feature name is read, and the support feature which corresponds to the support feature name is activated. |
