PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a node restart notice efficient with respect to the node restart notice method in a packet network of a datagram system. SOLUTION: In a packet network where a plurality of terminal equipments 1a-1n or a plurality of the terminal equipments 1a-1n and a single or a plurality of centers 2a-2k are interconnected and a plurality of nodes for packet exchange processing are included, a node stores a communication destination node list corresponding to an incoming node number, and sends a restart notice packet with a communication destination node list added thereto when the node restarts packet exchange processing on the restoration of a fault or end of version-up processing, and a node receiving the restart notice packet sends the restart notice packet according to the communication destination node list. |
