A position service method using Internet wireless communication is provided to be capable of using a cellular phone, a GPS(Global Positioning System), and wireless Internet, so that a required target can directly access the Internet through voice announcement or a cellular phone page type while moving at any time, any place. If a customer makes a call in a state that a communication provider or an agency ordinarily has constructed a location DB of taxi members(T1-Tn) by selection of the taxi members(T1-Tn) who need a service(S1,S2), a service company(C2) sequentially provides information on a screen or through a voice to the customer by including a short-range member(T6)(S3). The customer directly makes a call to the member(T6)(S4).
