A biosensor system based on surface plasmon resonance and mass spectrometry is provided to enable analysis of a mixed specimen depending on its components by using a centrifugal separation. A biosensor system based on surface plasmon resonance and mass spectrometry includes a measurement plate(10), a rotary shaft(16), and a prism(20). The measurement plate is rotatably installed on a dielectric substrate and coated with a gold thin film to a predetermined thickness. The rotary shaft is engaged with a lower center part of the measurement plate to transmit a drive power for rotating the measurement plate. The prism is installed at a lower part of the measurement plate to enter light irradiated from a light source into the gold thin film and emits the reflected light.
