A method for manufacturing a screw type strong synthetic resin pipe is provided to improve water-permeable property by coating an inner diameter of the pipe again without curves and to enhance strength by forming unevenness on the outer surface of a profile, an inner member, and an outer member. A method for manufacturing a screw type strong synthetic resin pipe comprises the steps for feeding spirally to a winder unit and coating an inner diameter coating unit(32); feeding an inner member(31) formed like a thin band to the outer side of the inner diameter coating unit spirally; feeding a profile(33) to the outer side of an inner diameter pressing/connecting unit(36) as a border of the inner member to form a space(38); feeding an outer member(34) formed like a thin band to the outer side of the profile; feeding an outer diameter coating unit(35) to the outer side of the outer member and coating the surface; and pressing an outer diameter pressing/connecting unit(37) as a border of the outer member by a pressing roller(39). The inner member, the inner diameter coating unit, the profile, the outer member, and the outer diameter coating unit are integrally connected.
