An EMI(Electro Magnetic Interference) sponge gasket using a metal thin film fabric surface-coated with conductive polymer and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to have high mechanical strength such as tear and tension strength. In an EMI sponge gasket using a metal thin film fabric surface-coated with conductive polymer, a conductive polymer coating layer(10) is coated with a conductive polymer coating agent at one side of a metal thin film(20). A film layer(30) is attached at the other side of the metal thin film(20). A fabric layer(40) is attached at the other side of the film. A hot melt layer(50) is formed at the other side of the fabric layer(40). The hot melt layer(50) is adhered to urethane sponge by being melted by heat generated at a gasket fabricating apparatus.
