An audio file reproducing method in an audio reproducing device and a device thereof are provided to enable a user to exactly designate a desired part on a lyrics viewing screen so that the user immediately adjusts reproducing, section repetition, and reproducing speed. When a user selects a desired music file(S200), an audio reproducing device displays a music file reproducing method selection screen(S202). If a lyrics viewing command is selected(S204), the reproducing device displays lyrics of the selected music file(S206). If a user command is inputted after lyrics of a desired part are shown by using a cursor while the lyrics are displayed(S208), the reproducing performs the user command from a point of time when the user command is inputted(S210).
