A control signal lamp is provided to prevent or reduce car accidents by displaying a remaining time on the control signal lamp. A control signal lamp includes a body, a signal display unit(20), a fixed body, and a controller(100) of a control system. The signal display is installed on the body and includes plural light emitting elements for traffic signals. The body is fixed on an elongation unit, which is elongated from the fixed body. A control system turns on/off the signal display unit. A position displacement information display device is installed on the controller of the control system. The signal display unit is a flat panel display device.
