[PROBLEMS] To provide an oligonucleotide derivative which can be used in a DNA probe with no fear of being fallen out from a substrate. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The oligonucleotide derivative is represented by the general formula (1). The oligonucleotide derivative can be used in a DNA chip, a microarray or the like and is applicable to the gene detection method, the gene expression control method or the like.
