A combination of a decorative cover and a plugging cap, in which the decorative cover is made from polymeric material with side wall and with upper part, and the plugging cap is made from metal, mainly, aluminium, with perforations, corrugations on external surface and female thread. The outside diameter of decorative cover exceeds the outside diameter of the plugging cap. In the internal part of the decorative cover an annular ledge is made, on internal surface of which the ripple and annular discontinuous flange for fixation of cover on the plugging cap in axial direction are located, and on the external surface of the plugging cap an annular groove is made.
