An exhaustion device of a wheel loader is provided to maximize the pressure difference formed at the peripheries of a muffler and a tail pipe by making the end of an exhaustion section of muffler identical with an upper end of a taper section of the tail pipe. An exhaustion device of a wheel loader includes an engine hood(20), a muffler(30), and a tail pipe(40). A muffler through-hole(22) is formed in the engine hood. An exhaustion section(32) protrudes from the muffler to the outside of the engine hood through the muffler through-hole. The tail pipe is mounted to the engine hood so as to surround the muffler. A taper section(42) through a narrow upper side and a wide lower side is formed at a lower portion of the tail pipe. The position of the end of the exhaustion section of the muffler is identical to the position of the upper end of the taper section of the tail pipe so that the amount of discharged air in the interior of an engine room can be increased by maximizing the pressure difference formed at the peripheries of the muffler and the tail pipe.
