A system for authenticating online banking using the network and a user terminal thereof are provided to apply to all kinds of online banking transactions and remarkably enhance stability of online banking transactions. A central management server(10) controls execution of electronic banking, includes a public key generator and an encryption key generator generating an encryption key based on the public key and a password, wirelessly transmits the public key to the user terminal(40), and encrypts/decrypts information transceived with a banking terminal(20) based on the encryption key. The user terminal is connected to the central management server and the banking terminal through the wireless network, includes a public key receiver, an input part for receiving the password from a user, the encryption key generator generating the encryption key based on the public key and the password, and a data transceiver wirelessly transmitting the encryption key to the banking terminal. The banking terminal encrypts/decrypts the information transceived with the central management server with the encryption key received from the user terminal.
