An electric ship propulsion system having three shaft lines is provided to maintain the bottom of transom advantageously representing 'V' shape or being depressed to avoid the slamming of a stern of a ship. An electric ship propulsion system(1) having three shaft lines includes two side shaft line driving units(3), a central shaft line driving unit(4), and a plurality of rudder blades(8). The two side shaft line driving units are applied to side lines in parallel to a central axis of a ship and are arranged symmetrically on one of the lines. The side shaft line driving units consist of a shaft(6) and a propeller(7). The rudder blades are arranged in one line with two side shaft line driving units for controlling the ship. The central shaft line driving unit has a propeller(12) and a shaft(9) passing through a tunnel(17) of the stern horizontal thrust(16).
