FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, casing for food products. ^ SUBSTANCE: casing is made from thermoplastic mixture containing at least one aliphatic polyamide and/or copolyamide and starch, with fine-grained starch being used as starch in an amount of 3-40 wt%.
