PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car room acoustic state adjustment system capable of more properly adjusting sounds in a car room. SOLUTION: A car room acoustic state adjustment system 1 directly receives radio information for caution against crossings, which a motor vehicle 10 coming within a prescribed distance from a crossing 20 can receive, from the crossing 20 and, on this reception, changes operation states of in-vehicle electronic apparatuses 300 and 400 from those before approach to the crossing to outdoor sound hearing support operation states. The system returns operation states of in-vehicle electronic apparatuses 300 and 400 to those before approach to the crossing of the motor vehicle 10 in accordance with a reception state of the radio information for caution against crossings.
