FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: assembly designed to joint parts of the machines, primarily hydraulic machines, comprises two parts to be jointed together, bolt, nut, polymer filler and a seal. The part whereto abut the nut has a threaded hole to receive the bolt with no backlash and smoothly coming over to the joint plane. The other part has a hole receiving the bolt taper part with a gap. The bolt taper part smaller base faces the threaded part, while the larger base terminates in circular groove receiving the aforesaid seal. The space between the joint plane and seal if filled with polymer filler. ^ EFFECT: higher fatigue and joint shear strength. ^ 1 dwg |
