<p>Second plate (2) and fourth plate (4) are respectively provided with black printed surfaces (202b,204b). The printed surface (202b) covers almost all the surface of the second plate (2) except a region of diameter smaller than that of through part (71) of third plate (3). The relevant area is coated with a given amount of reagent. Fourth plate (4) is the same as the second plate (2). As measuring by transmitted light cut with the minimum diameter can be practicable at measuring by the printed surfaces, there can be prevented inaccurate measuring attributed to displacement.</p> |
