The machine for microbiological analysis of a support comprises an enclosure (5, 100) adapted to receive said support (6), a window (40) for passage of said support (6) and a cover (18) for obturating said window (40), an air inlet aperture (157), an air evacuation flue (159) communicating with said enclosure (5, 100), a valve (156) for obturating said flue (159), a blower (150) connected to said air inlet aperture (157), and a control unit for the blower (150), the valve (156) and the cover (18) that is adapted to command the closing of the cover (18) and of the valve (156) as well as the operation of the blower (150) in a first mode, to command the opening of the cover (18) and the operation of the blower (150) in a second mode, and to command the opening of the valve (156) and the operation of the blower (150) in a third mode.
