The bag (10) has a holding plate (11) including a flat side (17), a broad side (16), an inlet aperture (13) and a holding plate surface. A withdrawal handle (20) is connected with the plate by a connection section (24) e.g. strap hinge, and is designed for drawing the plate in the surface. The handle extends around edges and is in continuation of the plate. The handle is non-relocatable in a direction of tension relative to the aperture and is pivotably fastened at the flat side transverse to the direction of tension. The plate is integrally formed with the handle in plastic injection process. An independent claim is also included for a dust filter bag-accommodation chamber for a vacuum cleaner i.e. electrical-vacuum cleaner.
