PURPOSE: A wrapping box and a folding method thereof are provided to protect hands of an operator by preventing the box from tearing, and to prevent waste of resources by recycling the box when the box is opened. CONSTITUTION: A wrapping box comprises the following: a front and a rear surface parts(110,120) and a left and a right surface parts(130,140) equipped to form a square; a first and a second protecting extension members(150,160); and a receiving part(170) and an insertion part(180) equipped to form the bottom surface.
