PURPOSE: A transparent soundproof panel manufacturing method for a transparent soundproof wall is provided to prevent rainwater or foreign material from being flowed into a packing and a frame by pressing a soft part of each packing formed in a transparent soundproof panel to a transparent plate and a frame. CONSTITUTION: A transparent soundproof panel manufacturing method for a transparent soundproof wall comprises the steps for connecting a packing to the vicinity of a transparent plate(S102); inserting a first connecting unit or a second connecting unit of a connecting member to one side of the space of each frame(S104); inserting a hard part of the each packing inserted into the vicinity of the transparent reinforced plate into a concave groove; inserting the first connecting unit or the second connecting unit of the each connecting member into the other side of the each space; connecting the frame, the connecting member, and the transparent reinforced plate(S106); completing the transparent soundproof panel by pressing the each frame(S108); and fixing the each frame and the each connecting member with a bolt(S110).
