PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a liquid crystal polyester fiber having high strength and a high elastic modulus, good in process passability in a high temperature heat treatment process conducted under a high temperature at the melting point of the fiber or higher for enhancing abrasion resistance, excellent in washability, and excellent in higher-order process passability and a product yield.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a liquid crystal polyester fiber including: applying at least one or more kinds of monomer components constituting liquid crystal polyester to which an inorganic particle and a phosphoric acid-based compound are added, to a yarn obtained by melt spinning the liquid crystal polyester consisting of a polymer comprising 4-hydroxybenzoic acid, biphenol, hydroquinone, terephthalic acid and isophthalic acid as a monomer; and then conducting solid phase polymerization.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
