PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building foundation structure which does not change thickness of a footing and beam depth of a foundation beam and in which a step is not formed on a foundation bottom.SOLUTION: A building foundation structure includes: a first footing part 14 which is provided on a foundation bottom 38; a first steel foundation beam 16 which has a lower part embedded in the first footing part 14 and which is supported by the first footing part 14; and force transfer means which is provided in the first foundation beam 16 and which transfers a vertical force, acting on the first foundation beam 16, to the first footing part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
