The present invention relates to a redox flow energy storage device, an ion exchange membrane, and a producing method of an ion exchange membrane. The redox flow energy storage device comprises: a cell stack including an ion exchange membrane, a positive electrode formed on one side of the ion exchange membrane, and a negative electrode formed on the other side of the ion exchange membrane; an electrolyte tank storing an electrolyte; and a circulation pipe which connects the cell stack and the electrolyte tank to circulate and move the electrolyte between the cell stack and the electrolyte tank. In addition, the ion exchange membrane comprises a first reinforcement pattern formed on one side and a second reinforcement pattern formed on the other side.
