The disclosure relates to a composition comprising one or more sugar-cysteine products, and at least 10 of the group consisting of: vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin B12, biotin, pantothenic acid, magnesium, copper, chromium, D-riboise, acetyl-l-carnitine, panex ginseng, green tea extract, rhodiola rosea, quercetin, CoQ10, glutamine, glucosamine, quercetin, milk thistle seed, alpha lipoic acid, vitamin C, and cordyceps; or at least 8 of the group consisting of vitamin C, selenium, cordyceps, curcumin, 10 resveratrol, alpha-lipoic acid, grape seed extract, quercetin, milk thistle extract, broccoli seed extract, aloe extract, and piperine. The sugar-cysteine product may be RibCys, GlcCys, GlycCys, FruCys, GlcNH2Cys, or GlcNHAcCys, The disclosure also relates to a method of preparing said compositions and their use in increasing ATP and/or glutathione in a mammal. |
