PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration cycle device capable of performing a more precise detection of frosting even with one sensor.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a refrigeration cycle device comprising a fan forming an air flow passing through an evaporator; a pressure sensor arranged at a downstream side in respect to the evaporator; a pressure state value calculating part for calculating a pressure state value showing a difference or ratio between ON-time pressure measured by the pressure sensor when the fan is ON and an OFF-time pressure measured by the pressure sensor when the fan is OFF; a reference value memory part for storing the pressure state value calculated in reference to ON-time pressure and OFF-time pressure measured under a state in which frost equal to or less than the prescribed volume is generated at the evaporator; and a frosted state judgment part for judging whether or not frost equal to or more than an allowable volume is generated at the evaporator on the basis of the reference value and the pressure state value calculated by the pressure state value calculating part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
