PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-cell touch liquid crystal display device that includes a pixel electrode top structure, and a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: An in-cell touch liquid crystal display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes pixels formed in a pixel electrode top structure so as to prevent color mixture between the pixels. A manufacturing method of an in-cell touch liquid crystal display device according to an embodiment of the present invention can reduce a mask necessary for manufacture of a TFT array substrate, and can reduce time and cost of manufacture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
