PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-car passenger detection device of an elevator which can easily detect a passenger in a car, and can improve the detection accuracy.SOLUTION: This in-car passenger detection device of an elevator comprises an image processor 12 which performs image processing for detecting a passenger in a car 2. The image processor 12 includes: a change determination part 121b which determines whether or not there is a portion which is changed to a vertical direction accompanied by a lift motion of the car 2 out of subjects of images on the basis of a plurality of the images which are photographed by an upper camera 111 and a lower camera 112; and an exclusion part 121c which excludes the portion in which the subject is changed to the vertical direction accompanied by the lift motion of the car 2 out of a time change to the vertical direction and a horizontal direction of the subjects of a plurality of the images from the subjects of the image processing when the change determination part 121b determines that there is the portion which is changed to the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
