PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a composite liner comprising an abrasion resistant material and a mold metal.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an abrasion resistant composite liner 10 comprises: filling an abrasion resistant material 20 in a metal container 40 to form a space 50a between the metal container 40 and the bottom 51 of a mold so as to hold the metal container 40 floating in the mold 50; injecting molten metal so that the molten metal at an initial stage of casting metal injection can flow under a bottom surface of the filling container to melt the metal container 40 so as to diffuse the abrasion resistant material 20 in the metal container 40 into the molten metal to float in a mold ceiling 52 or to settle in a mold bottom 51 to pour the abrasion resistant material 20 into a casting metal 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
